We met by the sea

Yes she holds it still
A small fragment of my heart
O how I loved her

We met by the sea
I loved her salty kisses
He seaweed garland

How was I to know
That she was Neptune's daughter
A siren to lure me

My eyes are swollen
Salty tears for her alone
Wreckage on the shore

Come again my love
Let us splash in the shallows
And bask on the rocks

Yes she holds it still
A small fragment of my heart
O how I loved her

  4. I was so hoping someone would take the word siren in this direction. Happy dance! Thank you, OE. Even though loving her is deadly, it can't be resisted...and is missed if we survive.
